Vivo has confirmed to launch its Vivo X200 series on October 14, 2024 at competitive price in Nepal. It marks a significant moment for the brand’s smartphone lineup.
The Vivo X200 price in Nepal officially starts from NPR 115,999 for 12GB 256GB base variant.
This phone is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset and up to 16GB of RAM for seamless multitasking and high extreme gaming performance.
The X200 series will include four key models: the Vivo X200, X200 Pro, X200 Pro Mini, X200 Ultra. Each model brings upgrades in terms of design and hardware that aim to attract tech enthusiasts looking for premium performance.
The Vivo X200 is going to launch on October 14, 2024.
Vivo has made some notable changes in design for the Vivo X200 compared to its predecessor, the X100.
It will feature a flat-edge design with ultra-thin bezels shifting away from the curved edges seen in earlier models, for gaming. This flat design gives it a modern and sleek look similar to what we’ve seen in Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series.
The Pro model, however, is expected to maintain the curved edges that offer a distinct option for those who prefer that aesthetic.
In terms of display, strong leaks hint that the standard X200 could feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display but rumors also suggest a smaller X200 Pro Mini variant with a more compact screen. This gives you the flexibility to choose between a large-screen flagship and a more portable option.
One of the most exciting updates is the potential use of MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 chipset which is said to deliver a significant performance boost. The MT Dimensity 9400 excels all other chipset with Antutu scores of over 3 millions.
Despite challenges, Vivo seems committed to maintaining competitive pricing with the X200 series to start around 4,000 yuan (approximately USD 570). This is in line with its predecessor, the X100.
Continuing its collaboration with ZEISS, the X200 series will feature a large circular camera module.
Vivo’s partnership with ZEISS has consistently delivered impressive photography capabilities making this series particularly appealing if you’re into smartphone photography.
It will feature triple cam-setup as 50MP main cam, 50MP Telephone cam and 50MP Ultrawide cam.
For selfies, there’s 50MP cam with beauty filters.
The Vivo V200 definitely wins the race in terms of camera against the Apple iPhone 16. This is because Vivo is known for its mobile phone camera.
If they ever make their way here, we expect the Vivo X200 price in Nepal to start from 1,15,999 NPR, or 4,000 yuan in China, or USD 570 in the USA with the X200 Pro expected to be priced higher (as given below).

Further, there’s also a rumored X200 Ultra that might push the price up to 1,79,999 NPR. This high-end model is likely to include the most premium features.
While the initial launch is set for China only, a Nepal release for the X200 series is expected to follow shortly afterward, though exact dates have not been confirmed yet by vivo.
If you’re excited about trying Android 15, the Vivo X200 series will ship with Funtouch OS 15, the Vivo’s latest Android skin based on the Android 15 update.
With these features, the Vivo X200 series is shaping up to be a strong contender in the flagship market for 2024 balancing sleek design, powerful hardware and an impressive camera system. If you’re looking to upgrade your device or switch to a flagship with premium specs and DSLR camera, this series is definitely worth keeping an eye on.

Friends, the Vivo X200 is a very compatible device with its features known for camera, performance and price. You can do any extreme gaming at 90fps. The camera is far better than iPhone 16. I liked its portrait, the portrait looks like it is taken from DSLR or even better than DSLR. So, go for it.
